How to meet EU and Lithuanian requirements while managing HR and legal risks.

Eversheds Saladžius in Lithuania in collaboration with the British Embassy in Lithuania and the British Chamber of Commerce, invites you to the business breakfast designed for business leaders, HR professionals, and in-house counsel preparing for the new pay transparency requirements.

During the event Eversheds Saladžius Partner Milda Jasaitienė will explore the key changes arising from the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including employees’ rights to pay information, potential risks for employers, and practical steps organizations can take now to prepare. The session will also highlight the most relevant employment law developments in this area in 2026.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Dan Hunt, Deputy Ambassador at the British Embassy Vilnius, with Milda Jasaitienė, Eversheds Saladžius, and other business representatives. The discussion will bring together diverse perspectives on diversity, inclusion, equal opportunities, and pay transparency in the workplace, as well as practical insights into how organisations are preparing for the new requirements.
